My sincerest apologies that your package arrived damaged, incomplete, or wrong!

If your items arrived damaged, incomplete, or wrong please email Lana@ComeAliveStudio.com ASAP, so I can handle the situation the best I can!

What if I want to return an item?

Returns and Exchanges of any undamaged products will be accepted within 10 days of upon receiving your package with receipt. Please email Lana@ComeAliveStudio.com to request a return or exchange.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return any items unless items were received damaged.

What is taking so long?

If your package seems to be taking longer to arrive than expected shoot me an email at Lana@ComeAliveStudio.com. Store credit will be applied to your account if tracking shows no movement for an extended time. However, if tracking says delivered, a store credit will not be issued.
