On this day in Juneau, we spent the afternoon fishing in tide pools with friends. When the fish weren’t biting the guys decided to skip stones instead on the perfectly smooth water. When my husband Kyle dreams of the ideal place to skip stones, this is what he remembers. Mountains in the distance, perfectly  flat rocks, and water smooth as glass.
